Dewberry has been selected by Loudoun Water to produce record drawings and capture geographic information systems data for its potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater systems. Dewberry was one of three firms to receive an award under the contract.
Dewberry performed a GIS needs assessment for Loudoun Water in 2002 and completed the first Record Drawing and GIS Data Capture task order in 2008.
“We look forward to collecting GIS data and producing record drawings for Loudoun Water to help them with their future construction projects that will serve thousands of people and businesses in the county,” stated Dewberry Senior Project Manager Andrew Peters.
Loudoun Water provides water and sewer services to approximately 72,000 residential and commercial accounts, serving more than 200,000 people in Loudoun County. Its system includes more than 2,000 miles of water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipelines.
