Brain Injury Services recently celebrated the opening of its new office at the Leesburg Junction on Depot Court.
The nonprofit is celebrating its 30th year and serves approximately 600 families annually who are survivors of acquired brain injuries, including but not limited to stroke, traumatic brain injury and cancer of the brain.
The new Leesburg office offers full-time adult case management. A variety of other services are offered at BIS’ main office location in Springfield, including counseling, pediatric case management, occupational therapy and volunteer/vocational services.
“With growing client demand in Loudoun County, we hope to expand the services that are currently offered at the Leesburg office location in the future,” a press release states.
