Missing Purcellville Man Deemed Safe

Update: Dec. 31, 2018, The missing Purcellville man has been in contact with family members since he was reported missing last Friday and he is believed to be safe.  The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing Purcellville man who is believed to have left his home on Friday.


James H. Kelley, 60, was possibly driving a dark grey 2019 Toyota Tacoma pickup with Virginia temporary tag 52090E.  He was last known to be home in the 18000 block of Lickey Mill Road area on Dec. 28. 
Anyone with any information regarding Mr. Kelley’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective C. Pickrell at 703-777-1021
